Listiva – Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Listiva mobile application (“Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Listiva is a free mobile application that allows users to create, manage, and share shopping lists with other users.

2.1 Core Features

• Creating and editing shopping lists
• Checking off and categorizing list items
• Sharing lists with other users
• Collaborating via invitation links

3. Account Creation and Security

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must create an account to use the Application.
• You may sign up using Apple, Google, or email.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

• Managing your personal shopping lists
• Sharing lists with family members and friends
• Using the Application for lawful purposes

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Application for illegal purposes
• Harassing or disturbing other users
• Engaging in activities that compromise the security of the Application
• Sharing spam or unsolicited content
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users’ accounts
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the Application
• Using automated bots or scripts

5. List Sharing and Collaboration

5.1 Shared Lists

• The list owner controls who can view and edit the list.
• The list owner and all contributing members are responsible for the content shared within a list.

5.2 Invitation Links

• Invitation links should only be shared with people you trust.
• The list owner is not responsible for the actions of users who join a list via invitation links.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Application Rights

• The Listiva application, including its logo, design, and content, is protected by copyright laws.
• Your right to use the Application is valid only as long as you comply with these Terms.

6.2 User Content

• The lists and content you create belong to you.
• By using the Application, you grant us permission to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 Service Availability

The Application is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Data loss or damage
• Loss of profits or business interruption

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by User

• You may delete your account at any time via the Application.
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Extended periods of inactivity

10. Changes to These Terms
